Greetings In the name of God Almighty,
INTRODUCTION: I am Mrs. Elizabeth Joshua, from Kuwait. I am married to late Dr. Solomon Joshua, of blessed memory who was a Cocoa Merchant
and an Oil Explorer in Abidjan-Ivory Coast for many years before he died in the year 2005. We were married for twenty five years without a child.
I was a Muslim before we got married but my husband converted me to Christianity and we were both born again Christians and since the death
of my husband, I have been battling with both lung cancer and stroke. When my late husband was alive he deposited US$1.200,000.00 (One Million
Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) with a bank here in Abidajn-Ivory Coast. after his death I decided not to remarry or get a child outside
my matrimonial home.
According to the doctor, my medical report quotes a very short life sperm due to my health status presently. May be I may still have another 3-4 weeks
to live, that I do not know but God can say. That is just my faith as a deteriorating cancer patient.
Recently, I am been disturbs by my one sided paralyses due to stroke diagnoses. but I pray to God to heal me so that I will be alive and see
this work done as my late husband instructed me.
Having known my condition I decided to donate the above mentioned fund to an individual Muslim/Christian or any faith, so that He/She will utilize
this money the way I am going to instruct herein, I want an individual that will use this fund for the less privilege ones like; orphanages, widows, also
help our old ones who is unable to cater for their needs. The Bible/Qur'an made us to understand that blessed is the hand that giveth.
I took this decision because we don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives has possesses all my late husband properties
and left me with nothing. I don't want my late husband's relatives to know about this development, I know if I ask them to use these funds for less privilege
ones they will use it for their own vested/perosnal interest. I don't want a situation where this money will be used in such manner, this is why I am taking this
decision, I know we have not meet before but I want you to consider this mission as DIVINE MISSION!!!
I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going, I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus "14 VS 14" says that the lord
will fight my case and I shall hold my peace.
I want you and your family to always pray for me because the lord is my shephard, my happiness is that I lived a worthy life and whoever that want
to serve the God must serve him in spirit and truth.
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you more details regarding this great mission.
Remain blessed.
Yours sister,
Mrs. Elizabeth Joshua

Dear My Sweet Elizabeth Joshua,
It is with great regret and sadness that I have read your email. It always saddens me to hear of people in your situation, and you may rest assured that I will pray for you. I know the feeling of someone close to me having a low life sperm count, and it saddens me deeply that you must go through this life knowing the end is near. It is also sad that you said that one side is paralyzed due to the stroke. This is unfortunate. May I ask what side?
However, my spirits are raised at the prospect of money...this very large sum of money. And by that, I mean you are looking for someone to help you spend this small fortune in a way that it will help those less fortunate then us. I whole heartedly agree.
If you allow me to introduce myself, my name is Elwood Blues. I am a thoroughly devout Roman Catholic Christian man. I was recently informed that the Roman Catholic orphanage in which myself, and my brother Jake, were raised is in danger of foreclosure. Since they have always been so good to us there, my brother and I see it as a "mission from God" to save this orphanage.
It is was truly by the divine hand of God that you sent me this email at this time, when there are orphans so badly in need of these funds, so they will not be cast out in the streets.

Please write back as to how you would like me to proceed to help you in this divine mission.
I look forward to hearing from you, and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Elwood Blues

That's right...Elwood Blues. Of The Blue Brothers. Who else would be better suited for a divine mission from God?!

Dearest in the Lord,
Greetings in the name of the Almighty God,
I am very grateful to you for your kind hearted reply, and my most thanks to Almighty God who is greater.
I know this may sound strange and unbelievable to you, but it is real and true, because we have not met before either physically or through correspondence, However I don't want it to be a disturb to you on how I got your email, but the only thing I want to let you know that the work of Almighty God goes with spirit and truth. I pray that Almighty God will give you the Wisdom to understand the truth, because the truth shall set you free.
First of all, I want you to understand that this fund was deposited by my late husband not me. Normally I am suppose to apply personally as the next-of-kin on behalf of my late husband but due to my present health situation I can't handle this matter myself. So, I am going to give you a Letter of Authorization, which will be prepared by my lawyer at the the Ministry of Justice this Letter of Authorization will place you as our next-of-kin/new beneficiary on behalf of me and my late husband.
Like I told you, the work of Almighty God goes with spirit and truth, so believe, this is the work of Almighty God and I pray God almighty will give you the wisdom to complete this great mission, I also believed that Almighty God whom I serve will not mislead me to a wrong person.
If you are ready to comply and follow the instructions I will be giving to you to enable the bank transfer this funds to you as the new beneficiary. Kindly let me know and I will inform you our next step and your exact role in this mission. Please bear with me for all this, because I don't want to see this mission abandoned half-way.
For the purpose of trust, find attached my past picture as a muslim (Hajja) but I thank God am a born again Christian, If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17. The second picture is my present health condition in the hospital.
These are the areas I want you use this funds orphanages, widows, also help our old ones who is unable to cater for their needs. Please if you have any area of your choice, you wish to better the life of the less previlage once don't fail to discuss with me and God will bless you as you do so.
May the Almighty God be with you and guide you in your service to his Kingdom.
I will wait for your reply,
Blessed be the LORD,
Because He has heard the voice of my supplications!
The LORD is my strength and my shield;
      My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him.

Dear Miss Joshua,
You are welcome for my reply, and thank you for yours. When I had not heard from you in a day, I feared that 3 to 4 weeks became 3 to 4 hours, and the money would be lost forever! Luckily, that was not the case, as here you are now, in the flesh!
I 100% agree with you...I do not wish to know how you got my email. What matters now is that we are both on this divine mission, and will help each other out. My brother Jake always says "Ya see, me and the Lord have an understanding." And boy, do we ever understand your situation.
I understand that you cannot apply yourself for the next of kin thing. In your present state, it probably wouldn't be in your best interest. I'm glad you contacted us for this, because we can get this done for you. God sent you to just the right guys. We have experience in this kind of matters, so no need to worry! We are definitely ready for this next step, as it would be mutually beneficial to both you and, mostly, us.

Like I mentioned before, the orphanage that myself and Jake grew up in is in danger of foreclosure. We had a lot of good times at that place, even if Sister Mary Stigmata (who we call 'The Penguin') used to hit our hands with that damn ruler all the time. We need to get $5,000 to save it. We'd like to use part of our money to help them out, if that is alright with you.
I have also seen your photos. Do not be assumed of your Muslim past...religion is religion, and you follow what you believe in. God doesn't judge, so we sure as hell don't.
I'll wait to hear back from you. We got a gig tonight, and we gotta round up the old band, but I'll be checking my email every so often to see if you have written back.

I guess she died, because I never heard from her again.
